While most procurement workshops focus on registrations (SAM.gov), SBA certifications, or how to identify opportunities, this program will go deeper into another critical area buyers evaluate when making buying decisions: your business’s ability to deliver. We’ll cover key aspects of capacity planning for procurement and contracting, including: 

  1. Production Capacity – meeting demand at scale without sacrificing quality. 
  2. Human Capital Capacity – building the workforce and skills to perform. 
  3. Administrative Capacity – ensuring systems and processes support compliance. 
  4. Financial Capacity – having the resources to sustain and grow through contracts.
