Toole’s Nuts 'N Bolts is a gourmet snack mix made and packaged by hand in Mystic, CT. Inspired by a family recipe for a certain cereal-based snack mix and woefully underwhelmed by the premade options on the market, Connor Toole, the owner and founder, honed a family recipe that’s been fueling happy hours and holiday gatherings for three generations. The result is what his grandmother dubbed "Nuts ‘N Bolts" when she first started making it in the 1960s: a salty and savory concoction consisting of the carefully calculated blend of crunchy ingredients that will keep you coming back for one more bite until you realize there isn’t any left. Upon launch, Toole’s Nuts ‘N Bolts will sell directly to customers in Connecticut while establishing a presence at farmers’ markets, fairs, and other special events in the region while working with breweries, wineries, and many other local businesses and organizations to achieve its main goal: getting the people their snack mix fix.
